Cancellation of Monthly Memberships
You can cancel your membership at any time for the following month; the cancellation will be applied to the billing of the next month. For example, if you decide to cancel your monthly membership on January 1st, then you will be charged for the month of January but not for February.
Freezing Monthly Memberships
You may freeze your membership once per season for a maximum period of four weeks throughout the year. This is designed to help give you flexibility in case you are not able to utilise the benefits of the membership due to injury, vacation, etc. The freezing will begin on the date of your choice and unfreeze on the end date desired.
You will get a prorated discount on your next monthly payment and you are not allowed to participate in Inter activities during that period.
When canceling or freezing your monthly membership, be ready to provide proof as to the reason for this, such as a lengthy vacation or injury.
There may be other exceptional circumstances in which the club may grant you a refund. If you feel like this might be one of those cases, please contact us directly. All decisions, in this case, will be treated on a case-by-case basis and will be solely at the discretion of Inter Aliyah.
Purchased Punch Cards sessions cannot be refunded. However, you may transfer them to a friend, provided this person is a member within the ‘Inter Aliyah App’. Punch card sessions have a 12-month expiration date.
