A game that we should have won but we were not confident in possession, lacked conviction in the tackle and allowed our opponents to dictate the tempo of the game and score two goals early in the first half.
A disappointing result on the back of a great run of results recently; the story of the game started with us conceding a goal in the opening four minutes, allowing our opposition too much time in our box to shoot and score.
Later in the half, we conceded again on the back of the quick counter-attack. At half time, our heads were down and our confidence was low - as the scoreline reflected.
In the second half, our football began to improve. We started to play more as a team and keep the ball more. We created a few chances on goal but the goalkeeper (who made a few mistakes in the game), transformed his game and made some really good and important saves against us.
Towards the end, after having another good game between the sticks, Pablo Zayat was unfortunate to concede a late goal to make it 3-0 after a string of great performances in goal.
