We took on Lower Playoff league leaders Otzma Holon away from home, knowing that a win would almost secure a 1st place finish for us this season. However, after just a few minutes, a long ball from them goes straight into the goal, following an unfortunate slip by Leo Gewertz.

The rainy conditions were causing us all kinds of problems as another long ball sees Mono Bechini slip this time and Holon's striker scores to double the lead inside the opening quarter of an hour. We found a way back into the game before half time, top scorer Vlad Kart did brilliantly to find Roey Sartov who halved the deficit.

Overall, we played well in the first half, if it wasn't for those two slips we would have likely gone into to the second half with the advantage. The second half started very aggressively, with many yellow cards for both sides.

Otzma Holon regained a two-goal advantage shortly after when scoring from a corner and that was followed by a red card for Evgeny Kart, after he was shown a second yellow. Down to 10 men we conceded twice more late on but we were not short of our own chances and had at least five clear attempts at goal that we should have scored.

As it has been so many times, we lacked personality and disicpline when it matted. Stupid mistakes determined the game and we played without maturity, concentration, experience and humility. We conclude the season at home next week.
