Inter B 0-0 AC Pituach: New IFLI2 Season Starts With Impressive Draw Against Early League Favourites

Top row (from left to right): Joey Spijer, Martin Siber, Misha Marianoff, Agustin Barbozza, Diego Glusman, Asher Goldberg, Andy Alfie, Gabi Bruck, Gaby Caminetsky, Tom Printac, Ivan Orencel, Zequi Lubocki and Zack Salamon.

A good start to life in IFLI2 for Inter B as we hold AC Pituach to a 0-0 draw in a game where we really could have taken all three points had we converted our second half chances.

The first half passed without much talking points for the newly created team in the Inter Aliyah family, with coaches Martin Siber and Gaston Fratesi going for the same starting lineup that played in the last pre-season friendly.

In the second, with lots of fresh faces entering the field, we started to exert our dominance on the game and had the majority of possession and the better chances to win the game.

Our best chance fell to Tom Printac who saw his effort cleared off the line, while Diego Glusman got down well to save on his left when an AC Pituach striker found himself one-on-one.

In the end, a fair result and promising start to the league campaign.
