After a 0-0 draw in the IFLI2 season opener, Inter B were hoping to get their first win of the season when they took on another of the league's strongest sides, Hod Hasharon.

In truth, we competed really well throughout the game, but a few individual mistakes at the back, all of which led to goals, somehow saw us go into the break three goals down.

The second half was a different story as we pushed to get back in the game and a beautiful team goal finished by Tom Printac cut the deficit before Zack Shooter put us within touching distance of taking something from the match.

As we went all out for an equaliser in the final minutes, Hod Hasharon caught us on the break and put the result beyond reach, inflicting our first defeat of the season, leaving us towards the bottom of the table.

Our next league game sees us take on Estudiantes in what will be a must-win game.
