''I've been football mad since birth, watching my beloved Galatasaray for as long as I can remember but I only really started playing at around 10-years-old, originally as an outfield player.
''That all changed at the 2010 European Maccabiah Games in Vienna, where I ended up going in goal for the Turkish youth team there. We won our age division that summer, winning in the final on a penalty shootout where I saved the decisive penalty. From that moment on, I have always been a goalkeeper.

''I came to Israel 7 years ago, originally in Haifa where I started studying at the Technion. I eventually switched to Tel Aviv University, where I finished a degree in electrical engineering. Currently, I work at a hi-tech company called DealHub where I am an Implementation Team Lead.
''A good friend of mine and now teammate, Elijah Golding, first told me about Inter Aliyah and after coming to a few of the weekly tournaments, I soon found myself as a member of the Inter White team.
''From the very start, I was hooked on the team and made many new friends. I also brought a few Turkish friends and we've made a little gang within Inter, the first Turkish players to represent the club.
''There is a very special atmosphere in the team and whether it's practice, a game or an event off the pitch, it always just feels like I'm hanging with a group of friends. I count down the days to our games on a weekend; those two hours on the pitch allow me to disconnect from my day-to-day life, it feels like therapy!!
